      Nice to visit if your into a castle tour. More of a modern style furnished building if you'd like to visit. Just take a pic of outside and lovely purple weeds that are pretty.

  •   Worth a visit to see the farqharsons castle as it was in the 50's. It doesn't take long to get around the 12 rooms on show. Thought the entrance fee was atad high at 8.50 each.

      This is an interesting castle as the local people clubbed together to buy it. They now have the challenge of maintaining it! A local person gave a guided tour and was very informative. The rooms are furnished with many original items from the previous family...More

      Braemar castle is well worth a visit, it is run by volunteers from in and around Braemar. They day we went the local school children were dressed up and were our guides.
