Drystane Dyking is an art form that very few have mastered, but we are privileged to have local dyker, James Watt, on board to provide practical training to anyone who wants to learn this amazing skill. Whether you just want to learn a new skill or have your own project at home, then this is the perfect beginners course for you!
What to expect:
Preparation of ground-works / measuring and aligning
Deconstructing old dykes for repair
Building drystane dykes
This is a 2-day course and payment of £125 covers the full weekend
