If you are in the area please do stop and visit Braemar Castle. We thoroughly enjoyed the guided tour, far better than the audio guide. Our guide was from Australia but extremely knowledgable about the history of the castle and anything related. You miss a...More

  •   This café is in Braemar right at the far end near the small island by the Braemar Show Ground. It is absolutely super, wonderful sandwiches, homemade cakes etc., and utterly delicious coffee. I thoroughly recommend it you won’t be disappointed.

  •   More what I’d consider a manor house than a castle it’s still worth a tour. Take the guided tour and enjoy the stories. The interior design choices are quite unique and include a lot of pink.
